Cancellation Policy

Consulting Policy for Quick MediaEd Solutions 1. Services Quick MediaEd Solutions offers personalized consulting focused on podcast development, media strategy, content creation, and monetization for social impact. Consultations can be booked as one-time sessions, ongoing packages, or custom projects depending on the client’s needs. 2. Booking & Scheduling Clients can book consultations through the Quick MediaEd Solutions website. Once booked, a confirmation email will be sent. Please submit relevant materials before your session. Sessions are typically conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged. 3. Fees & Payment Consultations are billed at an hourly rate, with custom pricing for project-based engagements. Payment is required upfront for single sessions and within 7 days for larger projects. Quick MediaEd Solutions accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling requests made 48 hours in advance are free of charge. 5. Refunds Due to the nature of consulting, all completed sessions are non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied, feedback is encouraged during the session so adjustments can be made. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. 6. Confidentiality Quick MediaEd Solutions commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any materials or discussions shared during consultations will not be disclosed without the client’s explicit consent. 7. Intellectual Property Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property developed during consultations. Quick MediaEd Solutions may request permission to showcase non-confidential aspects of projects for promotional purposes, which the client may approve or deny. 8. Client Responsibilities Clients should come prepared with relevant materials, questions, and clear objectives for each consultation. Active participation is expected to ensure the success of the session. 9. Liability Quick MediaEd Solutions provides guidance based on expertise, but the implementation and results of any strategies discussed are the client’s responsibility. Quick MediaEd Solutions is not liable for any outcomes resulting from client actions based on the consultation.
